Gardner

Donna Gardner, 70, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at the Sunnyview Nursing Center, Butler, where she had been a patient since March.

Born Dec. 29, 1955, she was a lifelong resident of Butler, and was the daughter of the late John and Viletta Thompson Gardner.

She was a member of Community Alliance Church in Butler.

Donna retired from Giant Eagle Moraine Point Plaza in June 2025 after being employed there for 32 years. She was an avid Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers fan.

Donna is survived by her brother, Bob (Susie) Gardner, of Prospect; sister, Sue (Jerry) Neil, of Butler; her aunt, Zelda Toland, of Ellwood City; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

GARDNER — A private graveside service with interment was held for Donna Gardner, who died Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at Greenlawn Burial Estates, Butler.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of RAISLEY FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 387 Main St., Prospect.
