The World’s Largest Swim Lesson, which was called off June 25 due to weather concerns, has been rescheduled for 7 p.m. Aug. 6, according to Dave Hutner, Cranberry Township’s assistant recreation director. The event will take place at the Cranberry Township Community Waterpark, as originally planned.
The free 30-minute swim lessons, organized in collaboration with Goldfish Swim School, are designed to introduce the basics of swimming to children from the ages of 3 to 18. Seventy-one participants signed up for this year’s event.
