Phyllis (Przeracki) Dalak, 90, of Sarver, formerly of Sharpsburg, passed away Tuesday at the Good Samaritan Hospice, Cabot.

She was the loving wife of Frederick R. Dalak, and the beloved mother of Phyllis Georgic, Linda Dalak, Christine Mitchell and Evelyn Berry. Also surviving are eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by four sisters and two brothers.

<B>DALAK </B>— Friends of Phyllis (Przeracki) Dalak, who died Tuesday, March 8, 2011, will be received today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at <B>Worrell Funeral Home</B>, 820 Main St., Sharpsburg, where services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. with Brother John Harvey officiating. Interment will be private.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Good Samaritan Hospice Unit at Concordia, 134 Marwood Road, Cabot, PA 16023.
