Louann and Richard Lucas

Richard and Louann Lucas, of Oakland Township, celebrated 60 years of marriage with a family dinner, party and Mass at St. Wendelin Church.

Lucas married the former Louann Weiland on July 9, 1966 at St. Wendelin Church, in Carbon Center.

They have two children, Kimberly (Christopher) Skidmore of Butler and Dr. Craig (Meghan) Lucas of Butler.

The Lucases also have eight grandchildren.

Mr. Richard Lucas is retired from Service Star with 38 years of service, and retired from Disney World with 15 years of service.

Mrs. Louann Lucas is a retired piano/organ teacher, church organist with 50 years of service, and retired from Disney World with 15 years of service.

The Lucases are members of St. Wendelin Church in Carbon Center.
