Walter Lowrie the subject of upcoming America250 talk
The Butler County Historical Society will present a talk about Walter Lowrie Thursday, July 16.
The fourth installment in the historical society’s America250 Talk series, the event is a deep dive into the life of Butler's first U.S. Senator.
The talk begins at 7 p.m. Thursday at Butler Cubs Hall, 113 S. McKean Street, Butler. The event costs $125 for non-members, and $10 for members of the Butler County Historical Society. More information is available on the historical society’s website at Butlerhistory.com.
