Mary Alice Smith passed away Jan. 6 at her home in Clearwater Fla.

Born in Evans City on Dec. 29, 1921, she was the daughter of Frank and Mary Wahl. She was predeceased by her husband, Jerry Smith, and her brother, Chalmers Wahl.

She spent much of her life in Morton Ill., raising her sons, James of Chicago, Shawn Daniel (Brenda) of Conway, Ark., and Philips Casey of Clearwater.
