Gregg

Helen M. Gregg, 87, of Unionville passed away at 3 a.m. Wednesday at the Elmcroft Senior Living Center in Saxonburg following an extended illness.

She was born Jan. 28, 1924, in Blairsville. She was the daughter of the late Jesse Lowry George and the late Mabel Anise Wynkoop George.

She was a member of the Unionville Presbyterian Church. She was employed as a nurse's aide at the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She is survived by one daughter, Sandra Hutchison of Butler; two sons Paul E. Gregg of Charleston, S.C., and Donald R. Gregg of Slippery Rock; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. One sister, Shirley Walker, of Butler, also survives.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul E. Gregg, who she married Dec. 3, 1943, and who passed away March 11, 1995; two sisters; one brother; and her son-in-law, Oren Hutchison.
