Stephen A. 'Ace' Carlson
Stephen A. “Ace” Carlson, 40, of Evans City passed away Sunday morning in the emergency room of Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born July 12, 1971, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Marilyn Brunn Gwin and the late Waymond Gwin.
He was a Protestant.
Steve was self-employed as a carpet installer for Paracca Interiors, Butler.
He was a member of the Loyal Order Of Moose 957 in Harmony, the Conway Sportsman Club in Harmony and the 3 Rivers Catfish Club in Pittsburgh.
Steve enjoyed ice fishing with his sons.
He is survived by his wife, Shelley L. Belles Carlson, who he married Sept. 27, 1997; three sons, twins Hunter W. and Logan E., and Dylan A.; his mother, Marilyn of Connoquenessing Township; a sister, Debra (Dale) Neeley of Zelienople; a brother, Ronald D. Carlson of Cranberry Township; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Edwin and Judith Belles of Zelienople; and aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
<B>CARLSON — </B>Friends of Stephen A. Carlson, who died Sunday, March 4, 2012, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the <B>A CARL KINSEY-RONALD N. VOLZ FUNERAL HOME</B>, 114 W. Spring St., Zelienople. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. R. Wayne Schar, pastor of Springdale United Methodist Church, officiating.
