Police reports as of July 3
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
June 17 — Ray A. Hernandez, 34, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a June 17 incident. Police said Hernandez had two glass smoking devices and multiple needles.
June 17 — Matthew George Born, 43, of Valencia, was charged with felony possession with intent to deliver controlled substances following a Sept. 17 incident in Middlesex Township. Police said Born sold methamphetamine.
June 10 — Christopher K. Campbell, 55, of Prospect, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 25 traffic stop. Police said Campbell had a blood alcohol content of 0.086%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
June 11 — Corey David Wiltse, 50, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 11 crash. Police said Wiltse had a blood alcohol content of 0.153%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
June 16 — Angel Dawn McCoy, 36, of Clarion, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following a June 11 incident. Police said McCoy stole $254.97 in merchandise from Target.
June 16 — Mark Aaron Musser, 47, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor driving on a suspended license following a May 29 incident.
June 16 — Stevona Shendell Morgan, 31, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor driving with a suspended license following a June 10 traffic stop.

June 16 — Dominick Paul Pusateri, 31, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 8 crash. Police said Pusateri had a blood alcohol content of 0.225%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
June 16 — Mitchell Anthony Shockeem, 29, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged with felony retail theft following an April 16 incident. Police said Shockeem stole $4,829 in merchandise from Ulta Beauty.
June 18 — Joshua Thomas Brugere, 32, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 31 traffic stop. Police said Brugere had a blood alcohol content of 0.145%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
June 18 — Tammy A. Kozar, 43, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft and criminal conspiracy following an April 16 incident. Police said Kozar stole $819.78 in merchandise from Target.
June 5 — Police investigated a single-vehicle crash on Claytonia Road in Clay Township. Police said Lilly A. Wilson, 18, of Butler, lost control of her vehicle, overturned and was partially ejected from the vehicle. Wilson was taken to AHN Grove City Hospital with injuries of unknown severity. An 8-year-old girl also sustained injuries but was not taken to the hospital.
June 20 — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash near the intersection of New Castle and Unionville roads in Franklin Township. Police said Ashley A. McNary, 37, of Charleroi, pulled onto New Castle Road and was struck by Dillan J. Stroup, 19, of Chicora. Stroup and a 12-year-old girl were taken to area hospitals with suspected minor injuries.
June 20 — Police investigated a single-vehicle crash on Shields Road in Mercer Township. Police said Isabelle G. Green, 20, of Forestville, traveled off the road and struck a tree. She was flown to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital with possible injuries.
June 23 — Police investigated a motorcycle crash on Eau Claire Road in Venango Township. Police said James L. Reppermund, 69, of Butler, left the road and traveled down a small hill. Reppermund and his passenger, Elizabeth B. Reppermund, 64, of Butler, were transported to AHN Grove City Hospital with unknown injuries.
June 24 — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash near the intersection of Route 8 and Kiester Road in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Kurt R. Gindhart, 19, of Boyers, entered the intersection without clearance and was struck by Michael Schettler, 63, of Slippery Rock. Schettler was taken to AHN Grove City Hospital with suspected minor injuries.
June 29 — Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Lions Road in Center Township. Police said Michael D. Fry, 63, of Yatesboro, Pa., traveled off the road and struck a mailbox and then a tree. He was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with possible injuries.
