Clayton W. 'Ike' Eisenbrown
Clayton W. “Ike” Eisenbrown, 79, of Zelienople passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Tuesday at VNA Inpatient Hospice, Butler.
Born Nov. 23, 1932, in New Sewickley Township, he was the son of the late Herbert and Mildred Morford Eisenbrown.
Mr. Eisenbrown was a member of the English Lutheran Church, Zelienople. He was a truck driver for Plunkett Motor Freight and Hufnagel Majors. Ike was a deputy Pennsylvania game commissioner for 28 years and was a member of the Conservation Officers of Pennsylvania.
An avid hunter and fisherman, he was a member of the NRA, the Evans City Sportsman's Club, the Butler Hunting and Fishing Club and the Happy Hunters Sportsman's Club. He was a former member of the Harmony Moose. Ike was a U.S. Army Korean War veteran.
Ike is survived by his wife, Betty Ann (Brandstetter) Eisenbrown, who he married Sept. 14, 1963; two daughters, Barbara (Don) Schmitt of Harmony and Hazel Ann (Dan) Kulbacki of Milton, Pa.; a son, Clayton W. (Linda) Eisenbrown Jr. of Ellwood City; a brother, George Eisenbrown; a sister, Geraldine Bonzo; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Tiffanie Eisenbrown; three brothers, and two sisters.
