Daniel C. Held, 56, of Gibsonia died at his home on Thursday, June 21.

He was born Oct. 26, 1955, and was the son of Wallace K. and Helen S. Held.

He is survived by his mother, Helen Held of Brisbin, Clearfield County; his companion, Connie Martin; his children, Daniel, Holly, Heather and Julie; 12 grandchildren; four siblings, Eileen Eckberg of Brisbin, Russell (Kay) Held of Michigan, David Held of Hookstown and Wayne Held of South Carolina.

He was preceded in death by his father, Wallace K. Held, and his brother, Eric K. Held.
