Thomas R. Goodrich, 69, of Boynton Beach, Fla., formerly of Butler, died unexpectedly Thursday, June 21, 2012, in Florida.

He was born in Butler, on Feb. 21, 1943, a son of the late Thomas H. and Verena “Renee” Grieb Goodrich.

A graduate of Butler High School, he attended Youngstown State University and served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard during the Vietnam War.

Tommy had been a resident of South Florida since 1970, where he was employed for many years as an architectual draftsman and construction supervisor as well as a real estate investor. He was a member of the St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Deerfield Beach, Fla.

He is survived by several cousins and many friends in Butler and Florida.

GOODRICH — Cremation services for Thomas R. Goodrich, who died Thursday, June 21, 2012, were in Florida and a local memorial service and inurnment at North Side Cemetery, Butler, will be announced when scheduled.Arrangements are submitted by Geibel Funeral Home, Butler.
