PSU's Lee has left knee sprain
STATE COLLEGE — No. 5 Penn State's star linebacker Sean Lee has a sprained left knee.
A team spokesman said Monday his availability for practice is day to day. Lee was listed as "possible" on the depth chart for Saturday's Big Ten opener against Iowa.
Lee appeared to get hurt during the first half of last week's 31-6 win over Temple. The team captain stayed in the game until midway through the fourth quarter, when he limped off to the sideline.
