Sherry Duncan

Sherry L. Duncan, 60, of Butler passed away Monday at her home.

She was born Oct. 15, 1951, in Butler, and was the daughter of the late Sylvis and Gladys (Christie) Lucas.

Sherry was a 1972 graduate of Butler High School. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church. She had worked at the snack bar at Family Bowlaway. She enjoyed camping, bowling and traveling.

Surviving are her husband, John Duncan of Butler; two sons, John (Lori) Duncan Jr. of Saxonburg and Eric Duncan of Erie; her beloved dog, Jamaica; her sister, Judy Pallott of New Castle; and her brother, Bob (Donna) Lucas of Conneautville.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Edward “Sonny” Lucas.

DUNCAN — Friends of Sherry L. Duncan, who passed away Monday, Sept. 24, 2012, will be received at the Young Funeral Home, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
