Morris Aimino

Morris F. Aimino, 65, of Penn Township died Thursday.

He was the beloved husband of Cecelia A. (Campbell) Aimino for 41 years; father of Rebecca L. (Michael) Ionadi, Deborah L. (Jorge) Maldonado and Rachel M. (Douglas) Yost; brother of John Aimino Jr.; and grandfather of Dominic, Amelia and Alex Maldonado and Maggie and Jacob Yost.

A graduate of Duquesne and Slippery Rock universities, Morris was a guidance director in the Burrell School District.

He was a devoted parishioner of the Holy Sepulcher Church, where he served as a sacristan for many years. Morris was awarded the Manifesting the Kingdom Award in 2011.

AIMINO — The family of Morris F. Aimino, who died Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012, will welcome friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at SCHELLHAAS FUNERAL HOME, 5864 Heckert Road, Bakerstown.A funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Holy Sepulcher Church, Middlesex Township. Interment will follow in Holy Savior Catholic Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Holy Sepulcher Church Building Fund, 1304 E.
