Gregory Czech, 63, of Valencia died Monday at his home with his loving family at his side.

He was born in Pittsburgh to the late Archibald and Hazel (Yahner) Czech.

Mr. Czech was a self-employed contractor who was a member of the Holy Sepulcher parish and the West View Sportsman Club. Greg loved hunting, fishing and his Pittsburgh sports teams. But, above all, he loved his dear family.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 44 wonderful years, Genevieve (Grabowski) Czech of Valencia; children, Eric (Barbara) Czech of Penn Township, Jennine Prince of Valencia, Jerome Czech of West Sunbury and Renee (Peter) Vandenberghe of Valencia; grandchildren, Eric Czech of Valahalla, N.Y., Mitchell Czech of West Sunbury, Jamie Czech of Penn Township, Zachary (Amanda) McDonnell of Valencia, Jared Czech of Penn Township, Jeremy Hughes Jr. of Valencia, Mason Czech of West Sunbury, Colin Vandenberghe of Valencia, Mackenzie Czech of West Sunbury and Logan Vandenberghe of Valencia; and sister, Sally Rea of Beaver Falls.

Greg was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Deborah Czech.

CZECH — A memorial service for Gregory Czech, who died Monday, Oct. 29, 2012, will be scheduled later.
