Michelle Lynn Irion
Michelle Lynn Irion, 41, of Butler passed away Tuesday at Butler Memorial Hospital.
The daughter of Richard L. and Leah Serafine Miller Sr., she was born in Butler on Sept. 18, 1971.
She was a graduate of Slippery Rock University, Class of 1992, with a bachelor’s degree in biology.
She was a former office manager for Alpin Surgical Supply, and she was also a former salesperson for Fisher Scientific and Keystone Specialties.
She was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband, Dr. Curtis Irion; one son, Zachery N. Irion, of Butler; one daughter, Sarah E. Irion, of Butler; two stepsons, Curtis W. Irion of Orlando, Fla., and Bryant W. Irion and his fiancée, Tonya Vechnak, of Grove City; one stepdaughter, Michelle L. Irion of Orlando, Fla.; her parents, Richard and Leah Serafine Miller Sr. of Butler; two brothers, Richard L. Miller Jr. and his wife, Pam, of Butler and Randall J. Miller and his wife, Susan, of Apex, N.C.; three sisters, Cyndie Stevenson and her husband, Tom, of Butler, Brenda Cammisa and her husband, Tom, of Butler, and Beth Bonney and her husband, Mark, of Lake Wylie, S.C.; two step-grandchildren, Rose Irion and Brylee Irion, both of Grove City; and a number of loving nieces and nephews.
IRION — Friends of Michelle Lynn Irion, who passed away Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012, will be received in the Martin Funeral Home, Inc., 429 Center Ave., Butler, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church. Burial will take place in St. Michael’s Cemetery.
Members of St. Paul’s Catholic Women and Christian Mothers will meet at the church at 9:35 a.m. Saturday to recite the rosary.
