WINFIELD TOWNSHIP is seeking volunteers for community roadside cleanup day as part of the Great Pennsylvania Cleanup April 21, rain date April 28. Gloves, vests and bags are available at no charge. Call 724-352-3333. The township will hold appliance recycling from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 21, rain date April 28, at the Municipal Building, 194 Brose Road, Cabot. A $15 charge per freon containing appliance will be collected. There is no charge for non-freon appliances. Proof of residency is required.
