Dr. Robert H. Whitten, 88, of McCandless Township peacefully entered eternal life Jan. 11.

He is survived by three sons, Robert C. of South Carolina, Cass W. (Edith) and Eric G. of Pittsburgh; and his loving wife, Marian Auld-Whitten. His children and grandchildren enjoyed knowing him.

WHITTEN — The family of Dr. Robert H. Whitten, who passed away Friday Jan. 11, 2013, invites and welcomes friends, many of whom are former patients, to honor his memory and celebrate his life at the Parkwood United Presbyterian Church, 4289 Mt. Royal Blvd., Allison Park, at 11 a.m. Saturday.The morning offers a spiritual message, video of Bob's life, commentary by guests. A luncheon will follow in Fellowship Hall.
