James “Jim” Allen O'Brien, 62, of Jacksonville, Fla., formerly of Butler, passed away on March 24.

Jim was born May 22, 1950, in Butler to the late Robert E. and Della O'Brien.

Jim and his wife, Alicia, moved from Butler to Jacksonville in 1998. He was the owner and operator of O'Brien Inspection Services.

He is survived by his wife, Alicia; son, Daniel O'Brien (Jennifer); brother, Thomas O'Brien (Lin); sister, Martha “Marty” Sheldon (Troy); and granddaughter, McKenna O'Brien.
