Margaret C. Smith, 95, of Worthington passed away Thursday at the Kittanning Care Center.

She was born in Kittanning on Nov. 2, 1917, to Laura King.

She formerly worked at Merchants Bank in Kittanning, Mushroom Mines in Worthington, the Butler County Cemetery and was a caregiver for Concordia Care in Butler. She was a member of Worthington Baptist Church. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, Court TV and baking.

She is survived by her daughter, Carole Anne Pfaff of Worthington; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Ray Smith; one daughter, Elaine Roudybush; one grandchild; and one sister, Emma King.

SMITH — Services for Margaret C. Smith, who died Thursday, May 23, 2013, will be private and are being handled by the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home in Worthington.
