ADAMS TWP — Adams Planning Commission approved a few items Wednesday night:

- The Kaclik Rolling Hill Plan, which subdivides a property along Huch Road into two roughly 2-acre lots

- A trail revision in the Cypress Fields plan to connect a planned trail to an existing trail along Davidson Road

- Tabling the Harlan Simons Industrial/Residential plan, located along Dobson Road

- Tabling a lot line revision for the Gregory Hull lots plan, which would acquire about 1/4 acre of available space from Gabriel Crest for a property along Hespenheide Road

- The planning commission also reviewed a sketch plan for the subdivision of a roughly 23-acre property along Deer Spring Lane and Three Degree Road. The property would be divided into two lots of roughly equal acreage.

MIDDLESEX TWP — Supervisors approved a few items Wednesday afternoon during a work session including:- $94,642 in 2021 minimum municipal obligation for police pensions- $35,032 in 2021 minimum municipal obligation for general pensions- Conrad Pfeiffer as an as-needed part-time police officer at a rate of $20 an hour, effective Sept. 24- Abigail Grooms as a part-time police officer at a rate of $17 an hour for 32 hours a week, effective immediately- Trick or treating in the township is scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 31.
