Helen M. Taggart, 84, of Butler died early Tuesday morning at the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born Sept. 28, 1928, in Butler, she was a daughter of the late Andrew Campbell and Helen (Burns) Campbell.

She was a member of the St. Paul Roman Catholic Church.

Helen is survived by her five sons, one brother and one sister.

She was preceded in death by a husband and a brother.
