Joseph Michael Kramer, 47, of Butler passed away unexpectedly Saturday.

He was born on Feb. 19, 1966, in Butler, the son of Elsie (Kammerdiener) Geibel of Butler and the late Edward J. Kramer.

Joe was a kind, soft-spoken, sweet man. He was a good father, son, brother and friend. He was always available to help someone in need. He loved hunting, fishing and golfing. He instilled his love of the outdoors with his two sons, Michael and Jared. He adored his children.

He served in the military as a U.S. Army Reservist.

He was a member of the Happy Hunters Sportsman's Club and the Roman Catholic Men's Club.

He was a Catholic.

Joe was an employee of Culligan Water for almost 20 years.

Surviving along with his mother are two sons, Michael and Jared Kramer, both of Wexford; two sisters, Mara (Tom) Harrison of Butler and Vickie Geibel of Butler; four brothers, Norman Frank (Elaine) Miller of Chicora, Barry Miller of Butler, William Miller Sr. of Butler and David Miller of Fenelton; and numerous nieces and nephews.

KRAMER — A celebration of the life of Joseph Michael Kramer, who passed away Saturday, Aug. 24, 2013, will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Happy Hunters Sportsman's Club in Fenelton.Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, Butler.In lieu of flowers, donations in Joe's memory may be made to the Happy Hunters Sportsman's Club, 676 Chicora Fenelton Road, Fenelton, PA 16034.For more information, go to www.youngfuneralhomes.com.
