Carol J. Schempp, 81, of Lawrenceville, Pa., passed away Tuesday.

She was the beloved wife of David M. Gillespie and the late Charles R. Schempp; the loving mother of Allan D. Schempp; the grandmother of Kristen Schempp; the sister of Haryl Headlee; the aunt of David and Janet Headlee.
