The South Butler Community Library, 240 W. Main St., Saxonburg, will have an educational workshop on Medicare at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 26.

The library partners with the Medicare experts at Financial Essentials to present “Medicare 101" for anyone who currently has Medicare, people who assist a loved one with Medicare issues or those planning ahead.

Discussions include the basics of Medicare and offer helpful tips about the enrollment process and periods, types of Medicare products and how to save money on Part D, according to a flyer from the library.

This free event is open to all community members. The library is accessible. Refreshments will be served. No registration is required.
