Geraldine Mae Kelley

Geraldine Mae Kelley, 93, of Prospect died Sunday at the Evergreen Nursing Center in Harmony.

She was born on Sept. 17, 1920, in Prospect, and was the daughter of George W. and Myrtle Wilson.

She attended the former Prospect High School, and was a member of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church of Prospect.

She was a homemaker and loved planting flowers.

Survivors include her son, David (Esther) Kelley of Slippery Rock; her daughter, Sharon Cratty of Butler; her three grandchildren; her two great-grandchildren, and her great-great-granddaughter.

She was preceded by her two husbands, Paul E. Kelley, who died in 1993, and William Plate, who died in 2009; her son; her three brothers; her three sisters, and her grandson.

KELLEY — The visitation for Geraldine Mae Kelley, who died Sunday, Jan. 19, 2014, will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday at the Jay Bryan Funeral Home, 443 Main St., Prospect.The funeral service will follow at 4 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev Gary Brown of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church of Prospect officiating.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Prospect Preservation Society.
