Joan H. Hemphill, 87, of Chicora died at 2:40 a.m. Sunday at VNA Inpatient Hospice, Butler.

There will be a funeral service at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the St. Paul Catholic Church, 128 N. McKean St.,Butler.

The funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Steighner Funeral Home, Chicora.
