Betty J. (Herzing) Wagner, 89, of Sarver passed away Friday at Allegheny Valley Hospital.

Born March 4, 1924, in St. Mary's, she was the daughter of the late Urban and Jennie (Mumford) Herzing.

She was a member of the Saxonburg VFW Post 7376 Ladies Auxiliary and the American Legion 683 Ladies Auxiliary. She was also a member of the Buffalo Township Senior Citizens. Betty enjoyed camping, gardening and flowers.

Surviving are her loving husband, Richard D. Wagner, who she married Dec. 12, 1970; her sisters, Carol Minnick of St. Mary's, Doris Depamphils of Virginia Beach, Va., and Patricia Davis of Philadelphia; and numerous nieces and nephews.
