Jockel

Paul J. Jockel, 78, of Evans City passed away Thursday at VA Butler Healthcare.

Born June 22, 1935, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Bernard and Elizabeth (Liptak) Jockel.

Paul proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his beloved wife of 56 years, Nancy Lee (Ague) Jockel, who he married on Aug. 24, 1957; his five loving children, Michele Stoebener and her husband, James, of Middlesex Township, Kimberly Blackburn of Valencia, Kevin Jockel and his wife, Sharon, of Evans City, Stacey McKean and her husband, Michael, of Missouri and Deana Rieger and her husband, Aaron, of Valencia; his two brothers, Bernard Jockel of Oil City and Ralph Jockel of Renfrew; his sister, Geraldine Jockel of Florida; and eight adoring grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his infant grandson.

JOCKEL — The family of Paul J. Jockel, who died Thursday, March 6, 2014, will welcome friends on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Boylan Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.A funeral ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev.
