William B. Bowser, 69, of Butler passed away in the early morning Tuesday, May 6, 2014, near his home in Sebring, Fla.
He is survived by his wife, Cathy Bowser; his two sons, Craig and Mark Bowser; his three siblings; his two granddaughters; and his great-granddaughter.
