Blakney Scott, 84, of Petrolia passed away May 20 at Butler Memorial Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

He was born Feb. 11, 1930 in Library, Allegheny County, the son of Hugh Blakney Scott and Helen (Walk) Scott.
