The passenger vehicle appeared to have been traveling northbound and exiting the interstate at the time of the impact, while the tri-axle appeared to be traveling westbound on Lindsay Road, police said.
State police the Venango Township crash occurred when Olesnevich, who was traveling northbound on Oneida Valley Road, crossed into the southbound lane at about 5:22 p.m. The passenger in her vehicle was taken to a local hospital by an ambulance, according to police.
