A funeral Mass for Thomas H. Sherwin, who passed away July 26, will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mater Dolorosa Roman Catholic Church in Chicora, with the Rev. Rick Thompson, church pastor, officiating.

Burial with state police honors provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Ceremonial Squad and military honors provided by Chicora VFW and Chicora and Bradys Bend American Legion posts will follow at Bear Creek Cemetery, Petrolia.

Memorial contributions in Mr. Sherwin's memory may be made to the United Athletic Association, P.O. Box 261, Chicora, PA 16025.
