Marion L. Lang Donaldson

Marion L. Lang Donaldson, 71, of Zelienople passed away Tuesday at Passavant Retirement Community in Zelienople.

Born on Sept. 19, 1943, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Clement and Marion Young Lang.

Marion was a former member of the Holy Spirit Parish, formerly the St. Anthony Catholic Church, in Millvale.

She was a proud graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and was very interested in Native American arts and crafts.

Marion was the owner of WEMI OWINI in Ross Park Mall, which specialized in carrying Native American artifacts. During her free time, she enjoyed traveling and writing short stories.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband of 43 years, Dennis C. Donaldson, who she married on Sept. 18, 1971; her three children, Ashlie (Stephen) Van Meter of Wexford, Shawn Donaldson of Zelienople and Zachary S. (Kristin) Donaldson of the North Hills; her sister, June Cahall of Millvale; and her five grandchildren, Emma, Douglas and Amelia Van Meter, and Tyler and Leyna Donaldson.

Donaldson— A memorial Mass for Marion L. Lang Donaldson, who passed away Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2014, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at the Holy Spirit Parish, 608 Farragut St., Pittsburgh, with the Father Dan Whalen celebrating.Marion will be laid to rest at 1 p.m. Monday at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies in Bridgeville.Funeral arrangements are by theBoylan Funeral Home, Zelienople.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor in support of the Frontotemporal Degeneration, AFTD Radnor Station Building II, Suite 320, 290 King of Prussia Road, Radnor, PA 19087 or at www.theaftd.org.Expressions of sympathy may be shared with Marion's family at www.boylanfuneralhome.com.
