Helga 'Lucy' Setnar

Helga “Lucy” Setnar, 84, of Butler passed away Wednesday morning at her home.

Born on March 11, 1930, in Wiesbaden, Germany, she was a daughter of the late Fliesenleger August Nikolaus and Luise Maria Wohnhaft Nikolaus.

Lucy, along with her husband, had owned and operated the Setnar Construction Co. Previously, she worked at Bobbie Brooks and the Spaide Shirt Factory. She also cut gemstones that she used to make handmade jewelry.

Surviving are her husband, William R. Setnar, who she married on July 7, 1954, and her 11 nieces and nephews.
