Allegheny-Clarion Valley High School class officers
Allegheny-Clarion Valley Junior/Senior High School’s graduation will took place May 27 in the high school gymnasium.
The valedictorian is Ava Rachelle Lutz.
Ava is the daughter of Breanne Sellers and Joshua Lutz, of Emlenton. She was in Upward Bound, National Honor Society, on the prom committee, a member of choir, in the color guard and on student council. She also earned the U.S. Marine Corps Award for Scholastic Excellence, made the principal’s list, earned the Soaring Senior Award and earned scholarships from St. John’s, the Clarion County Coalition for Suicide Prevention and the Emlenton Civic Club. Ava plans to attend Westminster College to major in environmental science and minor in Spanish, to pursue a career in air and water quality.
The salutatorian is Malia Rose Page.
Malia is the daughter of Donna and Benjaman Page. She was team captain of the varsity volleyball team, president of student council, president of prom committee, member of National Honor Society and senior class treasurer. She also earned the Senior Athletic Award, the Soaring Senior Award, made the principal’s list, the academic athlete award, was a student of the week and a student of the month. Malia plans to attend La Roche University to major in its radiologic technology program.
The class president is Colbin Elliott.
The vice president is Aidan Fox.
The secretary is Michael Yerkey.
The class treasurer is Malia Page.
