Daniel “Dizzy” Michael Summerville, 25, of Slippery Rock died Tuesday.

Born March 8, 1985, in Butler, he was the son of Linda L. Williams and Donald F. Summerville.

Daniel is survived by his mother, Linda L. Williams, and his stepfather, Shawn F. Blakley; his father, Donald F. Summerville; one brother, Richard L. Osborne, Jr.; one sister, Makenzie M. Blakley; two nieces, Isabella Osborne and Ciarra Osborne; one nephew, Richard L. Osborne III; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

<B>SUMMERVILLE</B> — Friends of Daniel “Dizzy” Michael Summerville, who died Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2010, will be received at the <B>Thompson-Miller Funeral Home</B>, 124 E. North St., Butler, on Sunday from 3 to 6 p.m. Services will be at the funeral home on Sunday at 6 p.m. with Chaplain Tim Boden officiating.Family suggest contributions be made to the funeral home to help offset funeral expenses.
