Sean Rogers

Sean Vincent Rogers, 49, of Butler passed away Tuesday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

He was born July 11, 1965, in Pittsburgh, the son of James Russell Rogers and Dorothy Ann Dickey.

Sean was a graduate of Butler High School in 1983 and of Slippery Rock University in 2001. He enjoyed watching the Steelers and Penguins. He also loved classic cars, dogs, cooking and reading.

Surviving are his parents, James Russell Rogers of Pittsburgh and Dorothy Ann Dickey of Butler; one sister, Michelle N. Hart of Pittsburgh; and two brothers, Jonathan A. Dickey of Butler and Patrick C. Rogers of Butler.

ROGERS — Friends of Sean Vincent Rogers, who died Tuesday, May 12, 2015, will be received from noon until the time of the memorial service at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Young Funeral Home, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler.
