Regina FaJohn, 73, of Polk, Pa., passed away Tuesday at the Polk Center in Polk.

She was born Nov. 16, 1941, in Boyers, the daughter of the late James FaJohn and Donella Mary Diana FaJohn.

Surviving are two sisters, Madeline Rakaczsky of Pittsburgh and Mrs. Daniel (Violet) Fleeger of New Castle; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, James FaJohn; her mother, Donella Mary Diana FaJohn; eight brothers, and two sisters.

FAJOHN — Funeral services for Regina FaJohn, who died Tuesday, June 23, 2015, will be private at the Young Funeral Home, Butler.A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 2:45 p.m. July 8 at the Polk Center with the Rev.
