John A. Cartwright

John A. Cartwright, 62, of Zelienople passed away Aug. 8.

Born Oct. 11, 1952, in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Robert E. and Anna Lee (Harlow) Cartwright.

John was a member of the Freemasons, and he enjoyed trains.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his niece, Jamie (Brad) Drake and her children, Skyler, Dominic, Aubrey and Blake and his niece, Laura (Warren) Gumpp and her children, Anna and Daniel. He also leaves behind his brother-in-law, Dewey Drake.

In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his brother, Robert E. “Hoss” Cartwright; his sisters, Denise Drake and Pamela Ann Cartwright; and his beloved dogs, Sandy Ann and Lady.

CARTWRIGHT — A memorial service for John A. Cartwright, who died Saturday, Aug. 8, 2015, will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople, with the Rev.
