Helen Herb

Helen Herb, 80, of Forward Township passed away Sept. 12, 2015, at St. John's Specialty Care Center in Mars.

A memorial service in Helen's honor will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at St. John's United Church of Christ, 501 E. Main St., Evans City, with the Rev. Dr. Verna Call officiating.

Funeral arrangements are by Boylan Funeral Home, 116 E. Main St, Evans City.

If desired, memorial contributions may be made in Helen's honor in support of St. John's United Church of Christ or to the charity of the donor's choice.
