Lucas Nathan Leone, 12, of Wick Road, Slippery Rock, passed away Sunday.

He was born June 21, 2003, in Pittsburgh to Robert Mark and Lori Ann (Lennon) Leone. Lucas was a sixth grader at Slippery Rock Middle School.

He was interested in everything and mostly sports, including baseball, basketball, football, hunting, fishing and dirt bike riding.

In addition to his parents, Lucas is survived by his sister, Megan Leone and his brother, Logan Leone both at home in Slippery Rock; his maternal grandmother, Patricia LaNeve of Punta Gorda, Fla.; and his paternal grandmother, Mary Ann Leone of Pittsburgh.

Lucas also is survived by aunts and uncles, cousins, classmates and a multitude of friends.

He was preceded in death by both grandfathers and his stepgrandfather.
