John Thomas Way, 62, of South Park, Pa., passed away Saturday after a four-year battle with pancreatic cancer.

He is survived by his son, Thomas C. Way of Butler.

He retired in 2014 from the Fairfax County School District in Virginia, and he was a lifetime member of St. Louise de Marillac Parish.
