Amanda Chivington
Amanda Chivington, 22, of Pittsburgh passed away Tuesday at UPMC Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh.
She was a graduate of Seneca Valley High School, where she was in the ROTC program and also was involved in the chorus. Amanda then went on to receive her associates degree in photography at Butler County Community College. Amanda had plans to receive her bachelor's degree in special education in her future.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Delmer Chivington; close relative, Gail Cronin; and several other great-grandparents.
She is survived by her grandparents, Jan Chivington and Bob (Mary) Kohnen; her great-grandmother, Edna Kohnen; her parents, Steven R. and Mary C. Chivington; her brother, Billy Chivington; and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

CHIVINGTON — Friends of Amanda Chivington, who died Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2016, may call at the Jerry Spears Funeral Home, 2693 W. Broad St., Columbus, Ohio, on Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m.Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Cecilia Catholic Church 434 Norton Road, Columbus, with the Rev. Leo Connolly, celebrant.Interment will be in Huntsville Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, P.O Box 1000 Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148-0142 or to the Stephanie Spielman Foundation, 660 Ackerman Road, PO Box 183112, Columbus, OH 43218-3112.A prayer service will be at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.There will be a memorial service held later in Pennsylvania.
