Joseph J. Brunner Sr., 86, of New Sewickley Township died Saturday.

Joe was the proud owner of Joseph J. Brunner, Inc.

He was the beloved husband for 60 years of Patricia (Steigerwald); the loving father of Joseph J. Brunner Jr., Steven M. Brunner (Judy Pietz) and Janis Zentner (Jim); the proud grandfather of Jessica, Elizabeth, Joseph III, Joshua, Josh, Ryan, Thomas, Zachary, Danielle, Cassandra and Christopher; and the caring great-grandfather of Alex and Eileen; and the brother of Joan Broerman and the late Gertrude Lutz, Dorothy Wintermantel, Ruth Wharrey and Earl Brunner. He is also survived by many loving friends and relatives.

He was preceded in death by his daughter-in-law, Brenda.

Brunner Sr., who died Saturday, March 19, 2016, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. today and Tuesday at the DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME OF CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township.A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Ferdinand Church, 2535 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township. Everyone is asked to please meet at the church.Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Ferdinand Church Building Fund.
