Dale C. Owens

Dale C. Owens, 74, of West Sunbury, formerly of Los Angeles, Calif., passed away at 8:27 a.m. Sunday at Butler Memorial Hospital following a short illness.

Dale was born in San Jose, Calif., to the late Chesterman Owens and the late Geraldine Cavallaro Owens. He was self-employed at various trades. Dale lived and loved life as a free spirit.

Dale is survived by his wife, Melanie Rieger; his sister, Maye Cavallaro of Vallejo, Calif.; and his niece, Lian Amber of Austin, Texas.

OWENS — Friends of Dale C. Owens, who died Sunday, April 24, 2016, will be received from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Sunday at the William F. Young Funeral Home, 132 Main St., West Sunbury.
