Geraldine R. Patch

Geraldine R. Patch, 88, of Sugarcreek, formerly of Cowansville, passed away Friday at Sugarcreek Rest.

She was born March 26, 1928, in Sugarcreek Township, to LZ “Sam” and Ethel (Snyder) Patch.

She was a member of St. Paul's Community Church in Chicora and the Golden Links Sunday School Class.

She had worked many years ago at Spic-n-Span in Ford City until she became a caregiver for her mother. Afterward, she was a housekeeper to many residents in the area.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brothers and sisters, George D. Patch, LZ Leroy Patch, Goldie P. McKinley, Harold J. Patch, Gladys M. Patch and Susan E. Smith.

Geraldine never married. She will be missed by her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews.

PATCH — Friends of Geraldine R. Patch, who died Friday, July 1, 2016, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home Worthington.Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Paul's Community Church in Chicora with additional viewing being conducted one hour before the service at 9:30 a.m. at the church.
