John Peter Hernandez

John Peter Hernandez, 55, of Butler, formerly of Shaler, passed away July 30 at the Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot.

Born Dec. 27, 1960, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Hector S. and the late Patricia Hannigan Hernandez.

In addition to his father he is survived by his wife, Diane Dunbar; two daughters, Rachel Hernandez and Nancy (Mike) Shtur; two grandchildren; three brothers; three stepchildren; and three stepgrandchildren.

He will be sadly missed, but will always be with us in our hearts.

HERNANDEZ — A memorial service for John Peter Hernandez, who died Saturday, July 30, 2016, is planned for 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 13, at the Shalercrest Community Building, 272 Mount Vernon Drive, Pittsburgh.
