Howard Joseph Skelley Jr., 85, of Butler passed away Oct. 20 at the Community Care Center at the VA Butler Healthcare.

He was born Feb. 10, 1931, in Pittsburgh, the son of the late Howard J. Skelley Sr. and Agnes K. Skelley.

Surviving are his wife, Mary Elizabeth Skelley of Butler; seven children; 19 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
